If your wallet balance or price display on the wallet (home) screen shows "N/A," the currently configured RPC URL may be blocked by your specific device settings or internet service provider, or the connection may have temporarily stopped due to an error.
If this happens, you'll need to change the RPC URL in the app settings.
How to Change the RPC URL (for Ethereum)
1. Copy a Different RPC URL
Copy one of the following URLs:
2. Change the RPC URL in App Settings
Follow these steps:
App Settings > Network > Ethereum > RPC URL
Delete the currently configured RPC URL, paste the URL you copied in step 1, tap "Edit," and you're done.
3. Restart the App
After changing the RPC URL, either swipe down on the wallet screen to refresh it, or force close (task kill) and restart the app.
If the URL in step 1 was your original setting, or if changing it doesn't resolve the issue, visit the Ethereum Chainlist page to find another currently available RPC URL and follow the same steps to change it.
